2025 CALENDAR

JANUARY
Field work in North America: MT, CO, NV, ME, VT, MN.

FEBRUARY
9 – 15 Feb 2025. Winter Wolf Trailing with Matt Nelson and Abel Bean. Join us in the heart of Wisconsin’s wolf territory for an unforgettable experience. You’ll stay in a warm and comfortable home that we have rented for our stay, surrounded by the winter beauty of the region. Over the course of five full days in-the-field (with an arrival and departure day on either end totaling 7 days together), we’ll venture into the snowy landscape to track the resident wolf packs. Through their trails, tracks, and signs, you’ll gain a deep understanding of these magnificent creatures, and of the other beings that they share the land with.

Forest Therapy and Wildlife Tracking Safari in South Africa, part of our “Slow Down Safari” series of programs. Hosted by Sandy Reed and Stana Luxford-Oddie and led by Guides/Trackers Kersey Lawrence and Lee Gutteridge and their team. The combination of Tracking and Forest Therapy is a powerful one. To clarify, Forest Therapy doesn’t need to take place in a forest. On this program, we will travel together from the city, over a mountain plateau to the African savanna-bushveld and then back to the city through a rainforest. Forest Therapy philosophy is all about human beings in relationship with their environment. All things are Beings. The trees, the grass, the animals …everything. A CyberTracker Track & Sign ID certification is included. And …of course, you will see African wildlife, by vehicle and also on-foot, because the flora and fauna are all around us. You will come away with a better understanding of our relationships and connections to our ancient ecosystem, as well as with some amazing memories.
